Is event insurance required?
Yes. At Nashville Glasshaüs, we require a certificate of event insurance for every event.
What should be on the policy?
We require the following to be included on your policy:
A minimum of $1,000,000 total liability coverage.
Nashville Glasshaüs listed as an additionally insured, using our address:
483 Craighead Street, Nashville, TN 37204The date of your event.
Host liquor liability coverage, if you plan to serve alcohol of any kind.
How much does it cost?
While the price of a policy can vary, most policies typically range between $150-$200.
Where can I purchase a policy?
You are welcome to purchase your event insurance from any provider of your choosing. Below are a few options for providers that meet our requirements.
What do I do when I’ve purchased my policy?
Once you have purchased your policy, please send us a PDF copy so we can add it to your file. As a reminder, your policy is due no later than 14 days prior to your event. However, we encourage you to purchase it as soon as possible.
